You run a small online shop that sells shoes and clothes. An AI agent drafts replies to your customers, and you decide what goes out.
Tap a conversation to open it. Each one shows what the customer wrote and the reply the agent drafted. You can send the reply, change it, or take over and write it yourself. ← Inbox brings you back.
It's a busy evening. Go through your inbox and deal with each conversation the way you would if the shop were yours.
The customers won't write back during the test, and nothing you do can break it.
There are no right or wrong answers: I'm testing the design, not you. If you're sitting with me, say out loud what you're thinking as you go.
